This is Joe Harris with an unidentified man. Best evidence now suggests the other man is Joe’s older brother Alexander. I previously had indicated might be Pittsburgh Pirates owner Barney Dreyfuss, but having now seen some other pictures of Dreyfuss, I don’t think it is him.
