Names are as per the standard established by Kate Jones at Kadon Enterprises, which appeared in the Journal of Recreational Mathematics in 2004.

Note: The original listing here, posted in 2012, had inadvertently swapped the pictures of Y1 and Yb1. This has now been corrected (Feb/20/2016). Thanks to Jan de Groot for making me aware of this error.
